三种：Herzlichen Glueckwunsch zum Geburtstag! Viel Glück zum Geburtstag ! Alles Gute zum Geburtstag !三个说法都对，只是表达的意义不完全一样，Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag 从字面上翻译是“为生日献上衷心的幸运祝福”；Viel Glück zum Geburtstag 是指“祝生日好运多多”；Alles Gute zum Geburtstag 是指“祝生日一切都好”。
